Early on, I saw business and technology as two sides of the same coin
With an engineering degree in hand, I stepped into the world — and found myself in the middle of a bank’s transformation journey.
The first 10 years of my career were shaped inside an entrepreneur-driven bank. I learned how to lead through change, navigate uncertainty, and grow a business — and in doing so, I learned the value of growing people as well. That experience taught me how to build, lead, and stay curious.
Since then, I’ve spent over two decades leading organizations through digitalization, transformation, and complex change — across roles like COO, CDO, and Head of Data & Analytics. I’ve worked in industries ranging from banking to energy, tech, and sales — in corporates, scaleups, and as an entrepreneur.
Through it all, one thing has remained constant:
Simplify complexity. Create movement. Build businesses that last.
At the core of everything I do is one goal:
Movement that drives real results.
I thrive on guiding the journey from today’s status quo — often “technical, process, revenue and leadership centric” — to tomorrow’s potential.
From insight to impact. From idea to execution. From now to next.
My work has taken me from banking to energy to tech. And I’m just as curious about the journeys ahead as I am proud of the ones behind me.
